Déferlante ring
084890
Déferlante ring in white gold, set with one pear-shaped E VVS2 diamond of 0.40 carat, brilliant-cut, princess-cut, baguette-cut and square-cut diamonds. Like a wave breaking on a rock, the Déferlante ring wraps around the finger to create a sea foam effect. This asymmetrical ring features diamonds with different cuts in a masterfully designed play of light. Using the Maison’s signature fil-couteau technique, the stones appear as though they are floating. With the Déferlante High Jewellery capsule collection, Chaumet writes a spectacular new chapter in honouring nature in movement. A true ode to life, the craftsmen at the 12 Vendôme workshop have succeeded in capturing crashing waves in full motion through fascinatingly realistic light effects. Blending both tradition and modernity, this capsule – made entirely of white gold and diamonds – offers combinations of cuts, virtuoso settings and daring angles, to merge the elegance of Chaumet’s creations with their bold character.; Material 18-carat white gold Paving 83 brilliant-cut EF VVS diamonds for 2.86 carats 5 square-cut EF VVS diamonds for 0.37 carat 3 baguette-cut EF VVS diamonds for 0.35 carat 2 princess-cut EF VVS diamonds for 0.32 carat 1 princess-cut G VS diamond of 0.26 carat Center Stone 1 pear-shaped F VVS1 diamond of 0.40 carat Stone Quality Color D-E-F, clarity from IF to VS, cut "excellent" or "very good", fluorescence "none" or "faint" Stone Origin Conform to the Kimberley process; White gold, diamonds
